Rules for changing or canceling an appointment less than 36 hours in advance
Canceling an appointment less than 36 hours in advance can cause complications for us. We truly understand that our clients may have various reasons for canceling, but we still need to take certain measures to prevent unused bookings and avoid loss of income.
Our shared goal—and we believe yours too—is to make sure the appointment is used. We offer you two options to handle the situation:
- Pass the appointment to a family member or friend.
- Ask us to send an SMS offering the free slot.
- Please note that sending a message to our entire client database costs us about 500 CZK. Still, we see it as our investment in solving the situation together.
The number of our appointments is limited, and it is a real pity when some of them go unused.
If we are unable to fill the slot, we will have to ask you to cover the full price of the unused appointment.
